Though rare, we do occasionally we have PayPal payments that do not complete correctly. If you have made a payment via PayPal and do not have a completed order in your order history, please use the Contact Us button (bottom of each site page) and let us know your PayPal transaction ID number and the email address on your account and we can investigate further.
